Mahla Sangeet Distribution – Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all payments made by End Users (“You”) to Mahla Sangeet Distribution (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) for services including, but not limited to, subscription fees, per-song upload fees, and distribution services to DSPs.
2. Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments for subscriptions and per-song uploads are non-refundable once the upload or processing has begun.
- Payments are considered final once confirmed, except in the specific circumstances listed below.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payments: If an End User accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service, a refund will be issued for the extra payment.
- Technical Errors: If an error on our platform prevents the proper processing of content or subscription, a refund may be granted.
Note: Rejection of a song by a DSP due to copyright infringement, quality issues, or user error does not qualify for a refund.
4. Refund Process
All refund requests must be submitted via email to mahlasangeetdistribution@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Escrow & Withheld Payments
In cases where an End User account is blocked due to fraudulent activity, disputed content, or violations of the Terms of Service / Anti-Fraud Policy, any pending royalties may be withheld in escrow. Refunds for these funds will be handled according to the outcome of the investigation and applicable DSP policies.
