1️⃣ Artist Uploads Content
Artists submit their music/videos through your branded portal.
2️⃣ Aggregator Review
The master aggregator reviews submissions. Some aggregators charge for fast review options.
3️⃣ Copyright & Fraud Checks
Copyrighted or suspicious content is rejected and notifications are sent via systems like Amazon SES.
4️⃣ Anti-Fraud Policies
Aggregators follow strict rules (e.g., 1 strike = block, 2 strikes = suspension, 3 strikes = permanent ban).
5️⃣ Distribution to DSPs
Once approved, the content is delivered to platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Amazon, Deezer, and more.
💵 How Royalties Work
Royalties are first collected by the master aggregator from all platforms. They are then passed to you, the white label partner.
You decide the revenue share for your clients. Example: If an artist earns €1000 in streams and your model is 85% Artist / 15% You, the artist receives €850 and you keep €150 as commission.
